Water Boosting For School Facilities

PROJECT SUMMARY

This project required an efficient, space-saving water-boosting solution for a school, utilising Dutypoint’s specialised QuadraTANK® system to meet high water demands and limited space constraints.

PROJECT CHALLENGES

The school’s site presented two primary challenges: the limited space available for equipment and the need for a system that could reliably handle high water demands throughout the campus. These challenges required a compact yet robust solution that could be implemented without extensive alterations to existing infrastructure.

PROJECT SOLUTION

Dutypoint provided two fully customised QuadraTANK® units to meet the school’s unique needs. The first was an 800 L QuadraTANK®, featuring a VG twin horizontal end suction pump booster set. This unit was engineered for high efficiency within minimal space, ensuring uninterrupted water flow for essential operations. Complementing this, a larger 11,500 L twin-compartment QuadraTANK® was installed, equipped with a VT twin vertical multi-stage pump booster set, and integrated with a water meter for monitoring purposes.

Both QuadraTANK® units came pre-packaged, fully assembled, and tested, minimising on-site installation time and disruptions to the school. With their weatherproof housing and high insulation standards, these tanks are ideal for both indoor and outdoor installations, allowing for flexibility and durability in demanding environments.
