RAF Brize Norton is a critical hub for the UK’s Air Mobility Force, supporting approximately 7,300 service personnel, civilian staff and contractors on a day-to-day basis. With much of the site’s infrastructure ageing and a major refurbishment program scheduled for 2026, maintaining operational continuity was paramount.
For the contractor, the immediate priority was turnaround and programme certainty.
