PROJECT CHALLENGES
The project required multiple water systems to be incorporated into a constrained plant room environment while maintaining the high performance expected in a luxury residential property. Restricted access routes and narrow doorways also created installation challenges, requiring a solution that could be transported and assembled on site without compromising system capacity. Category 5 water storage provision for irrigation applications was also required within the overall system design.
PROJECT SOLUTION
Dutypoint supplied a tailored package centred around a WX2-9070-2250-HS2 ScubaTANK® combined pump and tank system. To overcome site access restrictions, the ScubaTANK® was supplied in two horizontal sections, allowing installation through narrow doorways before on-site assembly.
Category 5 break tank systems, an Element Direct 250-litre hot water cylinder, and Grundfos circulator pumps were also utilised to deliver a compact and coordinated water system solution. With access to the wider Fluid Water Group portfolio, Mikrofill 3 pressurisation units were also supplied with associated pressure vessels.
THE RESULT
The completed installation provides reliable boosted water pressure, hot water services and water storage solutions throughout the property. By combining high-performance systems within a compact plant room, Dutypoint delivered an efficient, practical solution tailored to the requirements of a luxury residential property.
