In order to get access to the remote enable/disable terminals, please remove the control panel front by unscrewing the two screws, and then you’ll see the black and blue cables leading to the terminals. These are for connecting to the BMS for remotely enabling and disabling the booster set when you

switch on the unit you’ll notice the screen displays digital input 1. This means that your BMS control or remote enable is stopping the pump from running, and you’ll need to rectify it there.
