ScubaTANK®: Water not being pumped?

Is your ScubaTANK® pump not delivering water? This quick video explains how to identify and resolve common issues like airlocks and incorrect cost fee settings.

When you switch your pump on, you’ll see the pump speed increasing. If your display then shows no water, this means you have an airlock in the pump.

To solve this, loosen the union until the pump is loose and the air is released, and then retighten the union.

You’ll then need to reset the system by pressing the red button, twice. If the fault continues and you know it isn’t an air lock, then the fault could also be down to your cost fee settings being incorrect. You’ll need to refer to your user manual to find these. The correct setting is 0.48.
