Dutypoint LinkedIn Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This giveaway is run by Dutypoint, a trading name of Dutypoint Ltd, registered in the UK.
 

2. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Dutypoint or their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Only one entry per person is permitted, and multiple entries will not increase the chances of winning. Duplicate entries will be disqualified based on LinkedIn profile name and employment details.
 

3. How to Enter

To enter the giveaway, participants must:

• Follow the Dutypoint LinkedIn page, and like one of the official giveaway posts on LinkedIn.
• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

 

4. Giveaway Period

The giveaway opens on the date of the initial LinkedIn post on the 1st August and will run until all 50 screwdriver sets have been given away or until 31st August 2025, whichever comes first.
 

5. Prizes

A total of 50 Dutypoint-branded screwdriver sets are available to be won. One screwdriver set will be awarded to each selected winner. No cash or alternative prizes will be offered.
 

6. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries, and will be contacted throughout August up until the 5th September 2025.
 

7. Notification of Winners

Winners will be contacted directly via LinkedIn. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, Dutypoint reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
 

8. General

• Dutypoint reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by LinkedIn.

Any personal data supplied will only be used for the administration of this promotion and will not be shared with third parties.
