PROJECT CHALLENGE

As with all operational Water Treatment Works, programs are very time-driven and budgets are tight. Wash water systems provide clean water to the screens and hose points.

PROJECT SOLUTION

With our pre-packaged QuadraTANK unit specifically designed in line with Dwr Cymru Welsh Water requirements, the wash water part of this project was made much easier for the client.

The QuadraTANK provides a suitably sized tank with CAT5 AB Airgap, integrated lockable kiosk and twin pump booster, all pre-piped and delivered ready to run. It was transported on a HIAB vehicle and located on delivery in its final location.

The QuadraTANK is an all-in-one booster set, break tank and kiosk, delivered to site ready for a quick install and immediate operation. These units are frequently installed on water treatment works and in applications where plant room space is limited.

Available in a range of sizes to suit various applications and in multiple colours to match in with other equipment on site. We can customise these units to enable additional kiosk space or tank capacity.

Standard features include 50mm insulation to enable external installation, equilibrium float valves on the inlet, float switch for dry run protection, Dutypoint local control panel, internal lighting, and kiosk temperature control to prevent pipework and equipment from adverse weather conditions.
