Vortech GRP CombiTANK

Packaged Pump Station with Separate Valve Chamber

At Dutypoint, we have been manufacturing pump stations for some 25 years.  The Vortech Combitank has been specifically created to meet the demanding sewers for adoption standard, yet provide a simple packaged installation procedure.

The ‘separate valve chamber’ required for an adoptable system has been integrated into the pumping chamber itself.  This has provided an advanced packaged pump station producing immediate advantages to the contractor.

  • Considerably reduced installation time
  • Reduced excavation size
  • Reduced site disturbance/re-installment costs
  • Simple installation with no on-site pipework

Our GRP tanks are constructed to BS4994 using advanced technology for high strength to weight ratios and exceptionally long term performance under the most adverse conditions and a life expectancy in excess of 50 years

Each system is designed individually, with tanks being made to measure, and pumps being selected according to duty, efficiency, capability and (where desired) local authority frameworks/agreements with particular manufacturers.

These packages are available in horizontal or vertical format with capacities ranging from 1,000 litres to 300,000 litres and depths from 1 metre to 10 metres.
