This role will focus on outbound calls to customers present, lapsed and new, to form relationships and gather information about their current and future projects. As part of these calls you will be expected to develop new leads and uncover opportunities to expand the market presence of Dutypoint.

Work within the fast paced, exciting sales team. This department specialises in delivering customer solutions that include, clean water booster sets, HVAC products, waste water packages and related equipment.

The purpose of this role is to act as first point of contact for both customers and engineers. We need someone really dynamic and forward thinking. It is not an easy role – we have demanding clients, breakdowns and emergencies all over the UK. Daily activities within the Service Department are focused to ensure timely fulfilment of customer needs and to constantly improve the level of customer service provided.
To support the P&S team by maintaining Dutypoint’s flexibility in customer service and innovation in the market through supporting supplier relations & negotiations, process and procedure adherence and to continually deliver your best to exceed targets.

Previous experience as a CAD Technician working on commercial projects.
Competent in the use of Solid works.
A understanding of civil/structural engineering.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal with sound technical skills and a willingness to learn.

This part of the company specialises in the design and manufacture of Packaged Utility Rooms (PUR). The role supports the PUR Project Manager and the wider PUR Team with the ultimate goal to deliver projects within the time, cost and quality constraints to meet the customer and business needs.
Overall responsibility for managing Core production schedule in order to deliver on targeted despatch values and working with key departments including Production, Procurement and Sales to meet customer delivery dates. The successful candidate will also be responsible for arranging logistics efficiently and creating reports for key stakeholders.
The Mechanical Design Engineer will be required to work on both concept design and detailed manufacturing design for sheet metal fabrication and pipework assemblies for the Packaged Utility Rooms. The Packaged Utility Room has a standard design concept but all final designs are bespoke.
